About Binney Park

Donated to the Town of Greenwich and dedicated in 1933, Binney Park is located off Sound Beach Avenue in the Old Greenwich neighborhood of Greenwich, CT.

  • More than just a park: There are five distinct areas in Binney Park - Binney Park and Binney Pond, Hillside Annex, Athletic Fields, Helen Binney Kitchel Natural Park, and The Reading Room.

  • Relax: The park has walking paths, stone bridges and a gazebo that is a popular spot for photographers.

  • Be Active: Binney has tennis courts, soccer, and baseball fields. Dogs on leash are welcome.

  • Visiting the Park: Open sunrise to sunset, the 33-acre park is a three-minute walk north from the Old Greenwich train station. Free parking on-street is available on Binney Park Drive and Arch Street.
